Location: London/ Hybrid
Salary: £65,000 pa
Purpose of the Role:
To provide oversight and support for the Property, Construction, Programmes and Profin, Global Casualty, UK & Ireland pillars, all SMEs report to this candidate. Key objectives of the role are as below.
Key Role Accountabilities:
- Is the main contact for the Pillar Management.
- Is responsible for monitoring income for the Pillar ahead of month end and reporting any failures/wins to the Head of Finance.
- Candidate should be the first point of contact in the event the LOB (Line of Business) SME (Subject Matter Expert) is unable to assist.
- All high priority/profile escalations to be brought to the attention of the Head of Premium Processing.
- Monitor workflow within the LOB’s aligned to the Pillar either PF or BIB.
- Will be responsible for reviewing RFT (right First Time) Stats from the bureau and cascading outputs to the team to drive improvement.
- Point of contact for BCP (Business Continuity Plan) cascade to ensure manual process is put in place/followed up in the event that the workflow tool should fail.
- Lead the Performance Reviews for those team members within the given pillar.
- Ensure that CPD (Continued Personal Development) and online learning is completed prior to deadlines.
- Approve absence within given Pillar to ensure sufficient cover.
- Arranges any Training and Development that has been identified by the SME.
- Will arrange correct system access for those within the Pillar.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Team Leader/Senior Premium Processing role – Binding Authority experience is a must.
