- Duties
- In conjunction with the HR Assistant enter all new starter information on to Cascade
- Assist in preparing the annual salary review, performance bonus, interim awards and profit commission spreadsheets and collect line manager feedback
- Inputting all remuneration and benefit membership details on to Cascade and keeping this up-to-date, and producing the associated employee documentation as required
- Working closely with payroll to ensure all adjustments are captured correctly and in the appropriate pay-run
- To act as the primary contact for Cascade Payroll in conjunction with the Finance Team
- To act as the primary contact for Benefiz - provision of all pay and benefit membership data to Benefiz and ensure accurate upload to the Benefits Platform
- Co-ordinating the Benefits Review Cycle and liaising with Benefiz
- Co-ordinating the enrolment windows for the Benefits Portal and Flex Fund
- Authorising CycleScheme and Electric Vehicles as per the eligibility rules
- Keeping the HR Insurances spreadsheet up-to-date and provide required data for the purpose of renewing the company travel insurance
- To provide financial references and letters as required
- To deputise as the secretary of the Remuneration Committee
- To co-ordinate the annual review of iNED fees and document
- To complete benchmarking surveys and monitor market trends
- Assist with the annual Resource Plan
- To provide expense budget information to the Finance team on an annual basis
- To support payroll with any employee payslip queries
- To assist in co-ordinating maternity, paternity and adoption pay
- To co-ordinate the Charity Committee’s spend and document
- Assist with the completion of the Market Policies and Practices return including calculating gender & ethnicity pay gap reporting
- Provide management information to CFC and auditors as required
