  1. Summary
To provide administrative support to the HR function specifically within the remit of reward.
 
  1. Reporting
The Reward Analyst reports to the Head of People and is an attendee at the Remuneration Committee and the Charity Committee.
 
  1. Duties
The Reward Analyst’s duties include:
  • In conjunction with the HR Assistant enter all new starter information on to Cascade
  • Assist in preparing the annual salary review, performance bonus, interim awards and profit commission spreadsheets and collect line manager feedback
  • Inputting all remuneration and benefit membership details on to Cascade and keeping this up-to-date, and producing the associated employee documentation as required
  • Working closely with payroll to ensure all adjustments are captured correctly and in the appropriate pay-run
  • To act as the primary contact for Cascade Payroll in conjunction with the Finance Team
  • To act as the primary contact for Benefiz - provision of all pay and benefit membership data to Benefiz and ensure accurate upload to the Benefits Platform
  • Co-ordinating the Benefits Review Cycle and liaising with Benefiz
  • Co-ordinating the enrolment windows for the Benefits Portal and Flex Fund
  • Authorising CycleScheme and Electric Vehicles as per the eligibility rules
  • Keeping the HR Insurances spreadsheet up-to-date and provide required data for the purpose of renewing the company travel insurance
  • To provide financial references and letters as required
  • To deputise as the secretary of the Remuneration Committee
  • To co-ordinate the annual review of iNED fees and document
  • To complete benchmarking surveys and monitor market trends
  • Assist with the annual Resource Plan
  • To provide expense budget information to the Finance team on an annual basis
  • To support payroll with any employee payslip queries
  • To assist in co-ordinating maternity, paternity and adoption pay
  • To co-ordinate the Charity Committee’s spend and document
  • Assist with the completion of the Market Policies and Practices return including calculating gender & ethnicity pay gap reporting
  • Provide management information to CFC and auditors as required
