Salary:
£35,000 pa + Comms 

Job Purpose
Workwell International is a leading Employer of Record and global contractor
management organisation, with a focus on tailored solutions for our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our sales team in the City of London. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for increasing the number of new agencies. The focus is to nurture, build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing agencies all across the UK. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, client management and operational execution to meet and exceed client expectations, whilst increasing company revenue.

Skills, knowledge, and experience required
  • Always act in a manner which promotes Workwell International’s reputation as the leading provider of compliant management solutions to the world’s best recruitment agencies
  • Understand all aspects of sales within Workwell International at a high level so they can be promoted to clients
  • Secure new client relationships
  • Grow number of active clients
  • Grow number of active contractors
  • Regular communication with new clients
  • Create and maintain database records (CRM)
  • Attend industry events/seminars
  • Ensure that Workwell International’s Values are demonstrable and upheld
