Job Purpose Summary:
To assist the underwriting team with all aspects of the administrative processes for the Accident & Health class of business. This includes providing general administrative support, maintaining files, managing bordereaux, handling credit control tasks, and producing reports as required. The role also involves liaising with other internal functions within the syndicate to ensure smooth operations.
Core Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date policy records.
- Manage bordereaux, ensuring timely receipt and data accuracy.
- Reconcile accounts to ensure all premiums are received in line with contractual terms.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Produce ad hoc reports.
- Review and verify data quality.
- Communicate with brokers, requesting updates and outstanding information.
- Liaise with other departments within Beat Syndicate Services Limited.

- Minimum three years of relevant (re)insurance experience.
- Good A Level qualifications.
