As Head of Cyber Underwriting, you will have the autonomy to grow and manage your own portfolio, capitalize on your established network, and directly influence the success of the business. Responsibilities & Accountabilities
  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Design and implement a vision for Cyber Insurance underwriting that aligns with long-term business goals.
  • Capitalize on your relationships with brokers and clients to drive growth and innovation.
  • Portfolio Ownership:
  • Build, manage, and expand a profitable Cyber Insurance portfolio with full P&L accountability.
  • Use data-driven insights to enhance underwriting decisions and optimize portfolio performance.
  • Broker and Client Engagement:
  • Leverage your network to establish the company as a market leader in Cyber Insurance.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with brokers and clients, ensuring the company is their preferred partner for Cyber Insurance.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Mentor and lead a growing underwriting team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and innovation.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and provide strategic guidance to address emerging cyber risks.

    • Proficiency in MS Office and underwriting platforms, along with expertise in drafting robust contract wordings.
    Education & Qualifications
    • Professional qualifications such as CII or equivalent in the insurance industry are preferred.
    • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
