Title: Risk Analyst
Location: London/ Hybrid 
Salary: Competitive 

About the role:
The primary focus of the role is to support the Risk Management team in the implementing and managing the risk and internal control frameworks across the business.

Key Tasks
  1. Support the maintenance and review of the risk register, ensuring that it is regularly reviewed by risk owners as part of the bi-annual senior management risk assessment process.
  2. Collate risk and control metrics from a variety of sources for input into board level risk reporting.
  3. Assist in reviewing and updating risk management policies and procedures to ensure they align with current practices and comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including Lloyd’s Principles.
  4. Manage the company’s SharePoint documentation library, ensuring that documents are reviewed appropriately, and metadata is accurate.
  5. Provide support for the ORSA process, including gathering and recording information. 
  6. Support the identification and management of emerging risks and horizon scanning
  7. Assist in the completion of Principles Attestation working, with risk owners and prepare for review by Head of Risk and the Board.
  8. Support the IMVAL process, including conducting qualitative testing and preparing reports for review.  
  9. Support other Risk Management projects, e.g. ESG & Climate Change.
