A leading Lloyd’s market (re)insurer is seeking a Senior Exposure Reporting Analyst to join their Exposure Management team in London. This is a pivotal role supporting both underwriting and strategic decision-making through the delivery of high-quality exposure data and insight.
About the Role
As a Senior Exposure Reporting Analyst, you’ll lead the delivery of internal and regulatory catastrophe reporting, including Lloyd’s Realistic Disaster Scenarios (RDS), accumulation monitoring, and exposure analytics. You’ll partner with underwriting, actuarial, risk and other key teams to ensure clear understanding and governance of natural and non-natural catastrophe risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the quarterly reporting of RDS and internal exposure metrics
- Monitor risk appetite and portfolio tolerances across gross and net exposures
- Collaborate across teams to enhance the Exposure Management Framework
- Produce and develop MI to inform underwriting and business strategy
- Support post-event catastrophe reporting
- Provide SME guidance on exposure data and modelling to stakeholders
- Assist with governance and risk attestation processes
- Contribute to strategic planning and regulatory engagement
- Solid experience in Exposure Management within the Lloyd’s market
- Strong understanding of catastrophe modelling, RDS and regulatory reporting
- Excellent Excel skills; SQL, VBA, Python or R desirable
- Familiarity with Solvency II and international regulatory regimes
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management experience
- A collaborative mindset with the confidence to challenge and drive improvement
- STEM-related degree preferred (e.g. Geography, Maths)
- Salary up to £80,000 + discretionary bonus
